Task - Enhancement - New Image task - make workflow more clear #1060

In the new image task, once an image has had its annotations and/or depictions added, some confirmation should visibly show that the images are "done".

[ ] Add an "Apply Both and Upload New Images" button that removes the current set of images automatically but does not remove the current suite of annotations/depictions.
[ ] Add these buttons at the bottom of the page.
