Send selected specimens to <some> action - Was: Select all feature #1504

Having a select all feature would be great--especially if multiple specimens are uploaded for one OTU but in the wrong format. If I can "select all" and "destroy" those instead of going specimen by specimen to "destroy" and reupload them, that would be much more efficient.

Or, instead of "destroying" all, having a way to reconfigure all of the specimens for an OTU, and their staging format would be great.

For the Comprehensive task, or perhaps within the Collection object image breakdown/TODO list as well.
