[ ] Create a new Download subclass to reflect this action
[ ] Add UI element, and possibly corresponding background task to build the package.
[ ] Check to see/Implment that Zip subclass downloads have hash calculations on the files included in signature text file within the zip.

we had similar request from Lucid. Get NeXML file and a zip file with all images. But it could, potentially, be resolved by direct links from NeXML.
