Three countries not being shaded when selected under asserted distribution. #2792

For the countries England, Scotland and Wales, the map is not showing these three countries shaded when they are asserted as the area of distribution. (Apologies for awkwardly worded sentence). England has a choice with shape, but the shape is incorrect. Scotland and Wales do not have choices with shape. Northern Ireland does have a shape and appears to work fine.

Followup - the events meeting today noticed a related (same?) issue.
