[Bug]: Peninsular Malaysia exports no Geographic Area data #3357

Steps to reproduce the bug

1.When I use https://sandworm.taxonworks.org/geographic_areas/34337 as a GeoArea for a CO
2. Then nothing exports in the country, stateProvince, or county DWC fields, even though Peninsular Malaysia corresponds to, in part, the country of Malaysia.

Expected behavior

Should export the correct DWC information. May not be limited to this GeoArea. All GeoAreas that should export a country, should export a country.
