Task - Fiter biological associations - filter by geographical area #3422

If I select two taxa for both subject and object. And restrict the search by geographical area, I expect to see result if the geographical area present for either subject or object.

This is certainly a reasonable query, I think we need to also mantain the current abilities, maybe in a different UI. For example I really might want to restrict both sides to one area.

It could be useful to restrict the search for both taxa for a particular area, but practically this is very rare. There is usually one focal taxon in the project. For example Hemiptera, and I track the distribution for species. I have host plants for species, but I do not track exact distribution of each plant species of the project. The same in UCD, the distribution of parasitoids is tracked, but not the distribution of the hosts. So, yes, it is nice to have a checkbox to see if the distribution matches both the subject and the object. But default behavior, I would expect the match on either side.
