Iran has 31 provinces, in TW we only have 30 #3459

Steps to reproduce the bug

Geographic areas:
The province of Alborz is lacking.
Could someone include it, please?

All other provinces of Iran are normal. This one is entirely missing.

Another one for the list of missing geographic areas: Chile has 16 regions, but there are only 15 in TW = Ñuble is missing.

Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas Province in Ecuador, also lacking.

Ecuador province of Napo has incorrectly the shapefile for Tungurahua instead.
