As a data manager I want to use existing TW generated CE Ids in my DwC-A Importer Occurrence upload #3829

Feature or enhancement

Scenario A.

  1. The CE that I want to use, exists in TaxonWorks collecting_events:id
  2. When using the DwC-A Importer to ingest new CollectionObject specimen records (i. e. Occurrence), I want to provide that TW CE Id in a column so that all my new CO's will have that particular CE.
