New task - Filter containers

The need for lib/queries/container/filter blocks a lot of progress on container issues

Paramers:

Facet will have 3 options, empty, full, populated (sends empty=false full=false)

• empty - Boolean 1 - yes, 0 no
• full - Boolean 1 - yes, 0 no

Size (xyz) facet:

• size_min

• size_max

• name[]

• type

Contents facet:

• contained_object_type[] (any valid type, like CollectionObject, Extract, other ContainerTypes)
• ...

The filter is de-facto hub for container mangement, we can send to reports that let us layout or sub-containers some set of objects, for example.
