AR visualization improvements #43

The main changes are:

Tune the visualizations
Add options to visualizations that can be cycled through during running
Add option to record video
Add (undocumented) option to use SLAM map and Wavefront .obj files in an AR object visualization

This has only been tested on Linux and may not work on other platforms due to requirements to use OpenGL from single and/or the main process thread.
