Changes
1) keepOpenAfterFinalMap did not work well in the default mode where visualizer only renders when vio output is available. Now visualizer changes to 30fps mode after final map so that camera controls don't stop working.
2) Hide camera frustum, model & stop camera smoothing on final map.
3) Fix AR background image (not currently used in any public examples).
