Migrate the legacy implementation based on the simple argument principle from the PyZeta project to PyZEAL.

[x] Migrate all files/types/... necessary for a minimal running version
[x] Make all PyZeta specific code generic
[x] Decouple root finder and progress bar
[x] Decouple root finder and multiprocessing
[x] Refactor root finder as template method
[x] Make root finder adhere to the general RootFinder interface
