I feel that the name of the telescope should be renamed to spyglass instead to fit more correctly with the whole pirate theme. Also the current way of adding lenses to increase the zoom of the telescope seems a bit strange. Maybe add durability to the telescope and an overlay similar to wearing a pumpkin where the less durability decreases visibility and adds scratch marks and other impairments. Crafting a glass lens with the telescope would fully repair the durability lost.
An idea for the functionality of the zooming feature would be several right clicks to zoom in instead of holding down the right mouse button. One click to activate it and each one after to zoom until the last one is reach then it would exit out of it. Another option is to use the mouse wheel to zoom when in use.
Possibly add a spyglass kit to increase durability and zoom level up to a certain number of zoom levels.
I really do enjoy the sound and animation for the telescope, even if it doesn't correctly work just yet. You did a really fantastic job on all the animations and models, though they could use a bit of work.
