FTB backup and hitting something on the console cause a game freeze until backup is done #3

Not sure whos side to put this on so i'm going to do both. When it does happen it will not let me do anything on the console or open any GUI's. It will also not update the percentage bar of the FTB backup until it has completed then everything opens again and runs fine.

I get this spam in the console not sure it it helps:

I just wiped them but i will post one when it happens again.

Why do you think this has anything to do with the TARDIS mod?

Because it only happens while i'm in the tardis and I have put it as an issue on FTB's github page as well. If you can't fix it then i'll just close this and I will deal with the freezes or hope it fixes itself.
