INCLUDE ALL NECESSARY FIELDS AND DELETE FIELDS THAT ARE NOT NECESSARY.

Description

Currently there was a same template for error and success and its very simple and dull I have implemented a better ui for error and success message

Fixes #125

Type of Change:

Delete irrelevant options.
