Admin can Approve or Reject posts #143

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Once an user posts some project on the site, then it should be listed as Pending in the database and then after it is approved in the admin dashboard side, then only it should be posted in the application.

Describe the solution you'd like Create a separate page in the admin dashboard panel where the admin can check all the project ideas and can approve them or reject them based on the type of content/project. And when a project is posted on the user should not be posted directly but should be listed as Pending in the database.
