INCLUDE ALL NECESSARY FIELDS AND DELETE FIELDS THAT ARE NOT NECESSARY.

added edit profile section

Delete irrelevant options.

@rupeshmohanty i had added the section for edit profile . but there is one thing is left , to change profile pic . Trust me i tried a lot i am working on this since morning al most 3 hours but i was getting a lots of errors that's why i did't commit that changes. please create a separate issue for that so that someone can do that , I will also try it from my side if i success I wil create the PR . but currently that feature is not present user can't change his/her profile pic

I hope you will give me suitable label according to my hard-work :)
