Hello Spectrum, I know you are working on the issues regarding shapekeys. I doubt this info is news to you or even relevant, but in the case that it helps, here are the observations I've noticed.

Hello! Yes, I've preliminary identified the scope of the isssue to be Shape Key CS chain related, and your findings aren't contradicting with it. I'm almost sure that it's caused by some changes in said shaders' data IO structure, and now it's not fully compatible with my custom shaders.

It just requires intense HLSL debug session to detect the exact cause, and today I've prioritised other issues. Hopefully, tomorrow I'll have enough time to do proper debugging.

Shape keys handling is fixed in WWMI 0.6.1 and WWMI Tools 0.8.3 updates. Make sure to re-export your mods. :)
