When providing image alt, the alt text doesn't make it into braille output. E.g., x = \img[height=10pt, width=12pt][blabla]{test.svg} will give ⠭⠀⠨⠅⠀, i.e., the same as x= with an extra dots-0.
x = \img[height=10pt, width=12pt][blabla]{test.svg}
