Support continuous recognition for Microsoft Speech SDK #12

Hi @dophist,

I have tested the dataset named "SPEECHIO_ASR_ZH00000" and "LIBRISPEECH_TEST_CLEAN". The speech SDK result is better than rest API. I will chat with you privately and send you the results.
