Microsoft Speech SDK test request #18

Hi Jiayu, I have revoked the PR(#17), I hope to do more test this time , so that I added microsoft_sdk_en_request.yaml (4 en sets), microsoft_sdk_zh_request(33 zh sets). I will make new PR that include lexical recognition after pass test.
