Collect and add bios and photos of Board members #17

The organization page looks very bland and adding photos and short biographies of the Board members would improve it.

Pulling images from WCA profiles is an option (although those aren't necessarily the best pictures). We could plan to take professional-ish photos at Canadian Championship in July since everyone will be present.
