I'm not mednafen developer, from my knowledge there are no success on android build, there are any fork on android, for example retroarch has many forked mednafen module. About a compatible frontend for Linux, there is mednaffe, you can found it on github

All right! I guess porting it to Android is not a simple matter. I just noticed it was written in VB .NET. The Android apps I installed are all written in C++, C, C#, Java, Go, Rust, Kotlin. I have never used an Android app written in a VB-related language, sorry to bother you.
