Unclear error message for negative ids #4

Error message for invalid project id could be more clear, such as the range of project ids currently exisiting

Team's Response

The error message clearly states to not use dashes in commands, as it is a special character used in our parser. Hence, there will not be any cases where a negative id will be accepted.
