Thanks for opening a pull request.

After some thought, we came to the conclusion that a code of conduct is not really needed. It feels like a code of conduct only threatens punishment and exclusion from the community (which really isn't nice to read). And that is a clear deterrent against any sort of participation (especially against those who hold unpopular views, are in other parts of the world, or simply aren't well versed in English).

Although the SECURITY.md file appears to be a reasonable addition.
