12V output not supplying 12V #9

Hey guys,

On the board i have the 12V output connector that is not working.

I have connected it to a 12V consumer and noticed nothing was happening, when i fluked the wires i saw that there is 0 output. (Connected to a different source, the device works properly)

Am requesting your assistance in getting that output to work again.
