This is the Improved General Ghotal component I promised. I actually lowered his level a bit (from 15 to 12) but he's now a by-the-book (Van Richten's Guide to Ghosts, to be exact) ghost of the 4th magnitude with several special powers.
He's spectral so he takes half damage from everything except raw magic (like Magic Missile) and his +4 spectral sword deals 3d6 magic damage and drains strength. On difficulties above easy he'll spawn shadow orc grunts and -archers (as in the Severed Hand in Icewind Dale). On difficulties above normal he additionally gets Chill of the Grave, an ice attack that deals 12d4+12 cold damage, once every three rounds. He and his minions are immune to cold like most undead.
I removed the two demon knights at the tomb entrance as they were a bit much together with the improved Ghotal, they are now by-the-book stone golems instead. The tomb interior now also has two slightly nerfed bone golems.
While I was at it I also uncovered and fixed a few bugs unrelated to this modification. Most prominent one is that there was an error in Hasdar's script that caused him to sit around and do nothing in the final battle against the Black Hand. He'll now actually cast some spells. :-)
