Hitting Escape key to skip cut-scenes?

Hitting Escape key to skip cut-scenes? #97

Region of Terror has various cut scenes in particular at the beginning.

Would it be possible to add support to hitting the ESCAPE key to skip them, similar to how chateau irenicus works? It gets a bit tedious to have the cut scenes re-appear on a new run-through.

@rubyFeedback This mod was created pre-EE era, and in the old engine there was no "escape" option for cut scenes. You are welcome to implement it and provide the change so we could merge it to the repository.
