[ ] Requirement 1: Information about the dataset should only be accessible via user interaction (e.g. click, preview hover)
[ ] Requirement 2: Upon user interaction, the following is viewable: data source, date, author, etc.

Backend prototype should fetch info from #2 and expose to an arbitrary UI element.

Data source (author) can be grabbed from the response's facet.provenanceUrl
Observation date is typically associated with individual values and will likely explicitly be represented on all visualizations. For non- time series data sets, we can grab an arbitrary element's observation date and expose as a UI element or as part of the visualization's title. Will defer to UX for final decision.
