data dashboard - bug: selected filters mismatch in UI #214

  1. deselect some dimensions from a category
  2. compare another category
  3. select the previous category to compare

expected behavior: all dimensions are plotted actual behavior: only the subset from step 1 are plotted

Notice below that all dimensions are selected but we're only plotting a subset of the selected category.
