Since filters require at least one option to be selected, we can show an ONLY button/link in the UI adjacent to each filter option. Upon selecting the ONLY button/link, the other filters are deselected and only the respective filter option is selected. This can reduce toil when wanting to deselect a set of filter options by limiting the selection to a single option.
