go back to class based user tokens that update when a users creates a new token might give better optimization

when a new user token is created update the classes for that user by adding its array or last element in the list to the classes list of user tokens

to test this, use script to create a class, and add tall crazy or cs.sdm and then login to ipad to see if it updates tokens correctly
