Django accepting .heic photos #38

This is not intended. Should only accept jpg. Only happens in specific circumstances.

Found solution to only allow jpg and png images exclusively. Looking for a way to convert heic to jpg, but since the image format is relatively new it is looking a little difficult to find a solution for.
