I wanted to be able to use a different profile ID on my source and target Radarr instances. This PR adds config.txt option to add a target_profile value to the sync target in the Config.txt file. Even if (in my case) the source profile is 1, but the target profile is 4, this allows the sync to be completed. I.e., I can sync "HD" profile on one Radarr instance with a custom "UHD" profile on another :)
