Save: Data from Popup-Event Mngr and Optional Event Mngr is still missing #157

I just noticed, that data from following classes needs to be still saved:

Popup Event Mngr: countdown variable
Optional Event Mngr: countdown variable & currently active & known events

(Just noticed that my savefile was somehow corrupted again, after deleting and restarting the crisis mngr data was there, only the event-mngr data is missing -> I just refactored the popup events into their own class, pull needed!.)
