Issue mail updates do not work with E_A installed #15

When I installed easy agile, I stopped receiving tickets when someone would update a ticket. When I uninstalled it, the emails started flowing again. I was able to get a test email and activation emails when users signed up.

I just cloned the latest from here and now my email works.
