Update readme #17

@hrehman-sphereon Some questions:

  1. Where does the JwtObject under step 3 come from? And please check if that part is still correct after my changes.
  2. Last release step, final sentence of document - am I pointing to the correct readme?
  3. Please read the new background carefully as I made some clarifications after our last talk

There were conflicts which have been resolved and pushed in the next PR. This is obsolete.
