Changes to the timerf function (uses c_lich as src) and changes to the number of follower slots. #6

Ghanged the f_lich_behaviour_control to use the correct number of follower slots. Changed the @DEATH trigger from summoned skeletons to use the correct number of follower slots.

Now timerf stops until c_lich form is restored or c_lich needs to summon a new skeleton.
