weapons with morex set apply spelleffect on equip #1085

.add i_bow .set morex=38

Equip the bow, the player become paralyzed (spell 38)

i don't find this type of property in typedef on the wiki https://wiki.spherecommunity.net/index.php?title=TYPEDEF

Is it expected?
