Neural intro lab #13

Removes non-neural applications from the Intro Lab and adds a new Balanced Random Network

I guess so - though it adds a new network as well...

Sorry thought your version just moved the heat demo to another name, but I see it actually deletes it. I guess we can merge both.

Mine is going to need a bit of work to be done on the actual Intro Lab itself of course.
