Update compressor tests #384

BasicRouteMerger and MallocBasedRouteMerger removed. They where unused, untested and when tried did no compressions

Added a larger test for the compressor based on the data from spynnaker_integration_tests/test_onchip_compressor

Updated the manual runs to the new codebase
