Add log messages to repeat at end to a database #161

Currently spinn_utilities.log import FormatAdapter stores log messages to be repeated in memory

Should these be added to a database and read from there?

Ideally the provenance database but how to handle that when it is a FEC code. Maybe pass it in to the FormatAdapter replacing a testing mini
