Mac Instruction issues #2

  1. Should be perl5
  2. Need to install Xcode with the command line tools

updated documentation to deal with perl5. Dont know about the Xcode (hopkins is likely the best to do this update).

had discussions with Micheal. Changed instlalation instructions accordingly.
