Update documentation for workshop #27

Updates to installation instructions.

Still TO DO:

[ ] check through PDF files and update where necessary (including updates to any webpages referenced from within the PDFs if required)
[ ] someone else who knows more about it needs to look at common_pages/4.0.0/MappingAlgorithms.md and update it

I just noticed you making changes and pushed the ones I was working on. Unfortunately this was to master... Don't think it is critical. but probably a merge will be needed...

Could do with merging this, master doesn't have sPyNNaker visualisers in the git development environment instructions etc. Would be fine to then open a new branch to deal with other issues as they are found.
