Current simple PSA task is calculating the center position of the pad for x and z position of a hit. For y position along to the drift direction, it just picks the maximum position of the pulse as in the figure below.
About a year ago, Aki suggested a method fitting the rising part of the peak and taking the crossing point on the baseline with the fit as a hit time described as below.
