Single pull request for wsAI changes

This is a single PR for all the outstanding changes that have been tested:

• hit dice for npcs (with rolling on drag if not set or roll in sheet)
• reload ammo
• show shock in log
• show shock/range in weapon hover
• refactor items to use item.roll (weapon attack now relies on weapon.roll). most just show desc to log
• clickable items (call item.roll) for npc and char
• macro draggable items / weapons (icons added for macro bar from same site your icons came from)
• npc armor type selector fix
• finesse (dex/str) mod selection fixed.
