Network protocol 448 #1

SpiceX, I can't use the plugin because it's needed "network protocol 448". I know you're already add it into plugin.yml but that's not mean it's supported to every PMMP version.

If you wanna try your own plugin in the latest version PMMP, try it out and try to fix it until you updated

Even, I can't use the latest version plugin of OTroll! Please update it SpiceX..
