Something happens wrong with TSP10000 test dataset. #8

Thanks for sharing tsp datasets. I was looking at the optimal tours at TSP10000 dataset. Then, I found out these sequences are just ordered ascending (not optimal tour-ordered). Please check my issue whether I am wrong or right. Thanks for reading.
