虚拟环境安装的时候会提示版本问题

docker 2.7.0 has requirement requests!=2.18.0,>=2.14.2, but you'll have requests 2.13.0 which is incompatible.

docker的client是不需要的，这里的requirements.txt确实是有问题的，当时可能为了偷懒，把整个虚拟环境的依赖都拿过来了
