Delete account #211

How is it possible to delete an account?

At the moment, it's not, really. Best you can do right now is delete all your entries.

Philosophically, I think it’s a good idea to allow users to delete accounts. What do you think, @devgeeks?

I certainly agree. This would need an API for deletion in Crypton, so I raised an issue there:
